Xpadder profile for the Xbox 360 Controller
First off, I'm aware that Keyboard+Mouse is the best way to play any FPS.
Though, it's also fun to connect your laptop to an HDTV and enjoy Half-Life on a big screen, so I thought I'd share this profile with those who own an Xbox 360 Controller for Windows. 1. Pic 2. Profile Button layout: A: Jump B: Action X: Reload Y: Last weapon used Right Analog: Mouse look (Click: Flashlight) Left analog: Move (Click: Toggle crouch) Dpad: Weapon select Back: Main menu Start: Pause Right Shoulder: Next weapon Left Shoulder: Previous weapon Right Trigger: Primary Attack (Rumble enabled) Left Trigger: Secondary Attack Note: You need Xpadder 5.7 or newer for this profile to work. Hope somebody will find it useful

Why would you use Xpadder? Half-Life supports gamepads.

That's too much trouble for the average player. The fact you have to do it this way means it doesn't support the 360 controller. What you have there is a workaround not support. Xpadder is easier.
