Texture Tearing Glitch

I know this game has terrible track record when it comes to graphical glitches.

The game itself runs fine, but the textures tear across the screen and make it impossible to see past them. You can walk through them and all but not being able to see through it make it hard to play at all.

Newest drivers. Windows 7 64 bit.

Not sure what to do. There is no support for the game on Activision and Steam is notorious for poor game support.
