Random behavior of the greenlight stats for one project

I have voted for Black Mesa and favorited it, and I sometimes go to the greenlight page of the mod to see how goes its positive ratings.

But there is some strange behavior which I tend to consider as a bug: even if you check quickly twice the page (for example, going through the greenlight page, then to your favorite projects, then to the project itself), it is really not uncommon to see the rating enormously vary. For example, for Black Mes, it goes from 29% positive ratings to 42% (or the opposite) in only a few seconds.

I think there might be a bug in the way Steam shows the ratings.

This is probably a bug and some other guys already mentioned something like that here on the SPUF.
