Tutorial Needed For Installing Ubuntu From Flashdrive

Does anyone know of a tutorial to install Linux's distro of Ubuntu from a bootable flash drive? I have the ISO installer disc image already, I just don't know how to "mount" it or install it or anything really. Would be a lot easier with my install disc but that broke.

download unetbootin.

self explanatory with this program

Open it up, choose the ubuntu image you downloaded and click start.
