Zeno Clash by Tripwire? wtf is this?

Seriously, ACE team did you guys get bought out by tripwire? or are they just being essentially your publisher for the retail version of your game?

Not that i have any problems with tripwire, i would just hope you guys do not in any way get bought out.

And reason i ask this is for the simple fact that Zeno Clash is on pre-order from both Newegg and Amazon with the titles of "Zeno Clash PC Game TRIPWIRE INTERACTIVE - Retail" and "Zeno Clash

Whoops... seems like our Publishing deal with Tripwire *for retail on the US and Canada* is out in the open...

We have not been bought.

& that Newegg link even has the tentative box art...

yeah, i was quite interested to see that you even had box art lol, but that is good that you guys did not get bought out

hope the deal with publishing the game works out for you guys

I do have to say though it saddens me that neither pre-order website shows any relation to the ACE team at all, lol

Amazon and Newegg are aggravating like that - they still have Red Orchestra down as being published by Destineer - and we haven't had anything to do with them in quite a while.

This brings up the question of where Canadian/Americans should buy the retail version of the game?

Amazon.ca for example has only 1 copy in stock (or do they?) and it says it could take 2 months to ship.

I just got an e-mail from Atlus announcing that they will be publishing Zeno Clash on XBLA!

Wait is tripwire publishing it, i heard something about iceberg interactive. Or that may just be in the EU region.

Iceberg Interactive in Europe
Tripwire in the US & Canada.

I mean heck, saying the wrong publisher *could* be one of my buying decisions. "Oh hey, it is Destineer! I will buy their game because Destineer does make (publish/take credit for) good games!"

Nice going Tripwire. I knew KF was being independently published, but didn't realize you were expanding. Who knows, maybe someday you'll be the next independent Valve once Gabe's died of old age.
