Will the Ultimate Edition extras be released for free for the PC version when it comes out? Or is it one of these priced DLC's?

The Xbox 360 version of the Source engine uses compressed .vtf files (.360.vtf files; anyone know the format?). The textures are 1.22GB uncompressed, so with compression that should bring down the size quite a bit.

That's good, but I hope this isn't like when Valve said two years ago that they would bring the updated HL2 that came with the console Orange Box onto PC... and still haven't done it.

Great !!
That's awesome news. I don't mind waiting for the PC release.

Now you know we are expecting a full versus fighting mode for ZC2, right guys ?

Thanks and good luck with the release.

Never heard that either...

I don't think that's the "only reason," and I don't think it's fair to speak for Atlus/ACE.

I think it's just as easy to say that considering the year-long gap between PC and XBLA, decided that some extra content for XBLA players was deserved, to make up for their extra wait.

I don't have a problem with them producing more content for the game, I was addressing Microsoft telling them they can't patch that content into our version until later. The only reason for forcing that delay that I can see is to entice owners of the original version to get the new one, which I believe is mostly pointless.

Anyway, I'm not angry or anything, I am very happy for ACE that they have this opportunity and will make more money from their hard work which means another excellent ACE game. I am just annoyed by platform exclusive stuff in general, this added content being just one example. I'm a PC gamer, will always be a PC gamer, and the only thing exclusives on other platforms do for me is deny me content and games.

It's common knowledge companies like this use fans of their PC games to stepstone to console and the big money.
