If you hit myaperturelabs they've got quite a few. Not all of them great, but some are really fun.

Portal: Prelude and Portal Flash Map Pack are the 2 huge ones that come to mind. They attempt to have a somewhat interesting story, but their big catch is there massive puzzles. The main portal campaign is, of course, dumbed down to make sure all players can play through i.e. it is specifically made for the casual gamer. These two mods, however, could care less about the average gamer and you better go in prepared for a battle. There are a few others that look good with TBD tags on moddb.com right now, but until they are actually released and I get through them all I can't recommend you watch any of them.

I haven't played many maps yet, but I recommend the Ren_Test map pack, especially for Ren_Test 2 which I think is brilliant. You will want to download Ren_Test 3, which contains all three maps and is listed at the top of the page that gorpie has linked to.
