Icon overhead

I do not see the icon weapons (arrows, sniper attack ...) on his head. A simple icon of the U.S. Army or the Germans. And the other over the head, I saw the icons of weapons. I do not have that. How to make over my head display icons of weapons?

They're achievements, you have to earn them.
