day of defeat source - rotating minimap
Working on a map and need to rotate the minimap - I changed the values in the overview script from:
rotate 0 // map was rotated by 90 degrees in image editor to rotate -90 // map was rotated by 90 degrees in image editor - the image rotates properly, but the flags stay in the place - I need them to move as well. Any experienced mappers ever attempt - or is there any tutorials available. Any assistance would be much appreciated. Rags |

You'll need to go back ingame and recreate your overview in the correct rotation, taking down the new co-ordinates etc.
Once you've done this, you can position your new map image on top of the old one (ideally as a layer in Photoshop), ensuring that everything is to the same scale. Once your happy that everything lines up, delete the new layer and resave as a vtf. Don't forget to update your .txt file with the new co-ordinates. |
