You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about.

Solarmech, you are killing me here. You may aptly refer to it as either a 'study', 'thesis', or 'report', but certainly not an essay.

Argh. Every time I see one of these I don't have the time to read it. Damn your timing sm.

I'll be back to read this and, if I can, get some discussion going on the topics within it. I've always enjoyed the discussions that stem from reading your works.

"...And early today a terrible accident occurred on the Half-Life 2: Episode 2 Steam forums when posting member 'Some_weirdGuy' was buried alive after opening a topic labeled "The Black Mesa Essay". As the hapless poster ventured into the thread he found that his luck had run dry when several walls of text fell down ontop of him. Rescue crews were sent in but after several hours of digging little hope remains for the members survival...

-- Breaking news, rescuers have managed to unearthed the trapped poster. His injuries are grave but he is being rushed to hospital as we speak, where he will receive expert care, we cross over to our reporter at the scene:"

"Yes i am here at the scene of the accident, the Half-Life 2: Episode 2 forums where ambulance crews have just taken Some_weirdGuy away from the scene. As far as we can tell it appears as though several massive posts were made, which unfortunately caught Some_weirdGuy before he could even react. The carnage of the scene is a testament to the posts ferocity, and it will take clean up crews up to a month to clear the debris. Unfortunatley i cannot say much more, as rescue crews have deemed the thread too dangerous to approach. Still, we will stay put to report any news. Back to you"

"Thanks for that. We will keep you updated on the posters condition and any news from the scene, by the hour.

Now in other news..."

edit: Sol, it seems you have too much time on your hands XD
i doubt many people will read all, or even much, of what you have posted. Still, if you enjoyed making it then thats all that matters.

More people will read sm's essay than they will your full post

Time is... short for me at the moment unfortunately, so I've not had a chance to read it. But I shall.

I always enjoy his "Studies"! How's that mimaz? If you don't no one will make you read it. Btw I enjoyed your little news report also.

Though I admit I ready only sections the perked my interest as I skimmed over it I found some of it quite interesting and made me think a bit more about the facility.

Considering the insanity in it's structure somehow I see it as a facility that could have existed in Lost. Hell, if Lost had taken place with a bunch of survivors waking up in the bowels of the Black Mesa facility not knowing where they were it would have been even more entertaining.
