Mortaegus Banned Join Date: Nov 2009 Reputation: 0 Posts: 5	Steam Download Cap? Is there a way to cap the download speed on steam? I'm having trouble with it eating every single byte of my download stream when I need to use some of it for other things. There seems to be no throttling control at all. Anyone got any ideas?
