[REL] dod_old_koln_b5

Remake of Waldo's classic dod_koln.

Don't think I have released this here yet. Rebuild of dodbits is huge and all I have time for.
I may as well release this now, I will not have time to update this in quite a while. Just small fixes in this release.

Thanks all, crits welcome, this is a big map and a lot to find, filled up the hammer screen I can tell you, it's the same size as the old one

Easter eggs maybe a little over the top, tell me how they go, they can be an advantage to not getting ambushed in some places.

Congrats on doin such a fantastic remake of koln.....Its exactly the same as 1.3...Thank god theres pplz like urself dedicated to keepin this game ALIVE
