tnx surfrock22)
I want to clarify the situation, about the veracity of the tracks (Path of Borealis) in spite of the similarity with the original (HL2_song23_SuitSong3) also known as Triage at Down, Path of Borealis is a fan-remix by DJ Dain, and the original name of track - That Long Train Ride and, int is no relation to the HL2 Beta/Alpha does not. In addition, Viktor Antonov (Viktor Antonov) is not involved in the track, because he was a designer and art director at Valve, and invented the concept of alien constructions "combines", made an enormous contribution to the universe of Half-Life, creating a City-17, and a host of other conceptual ideas. The author of SuitSong / Triage at Dawn is Kelly Bailey. ) |

I really like your work, it reminds me MusicallyInspired's remixes. Are you interested in doing some music/remix work for a mod, something similar to Kelly Bailey's style? If your answer is yes, PM me.

This is why the HL series are my favorite SP games. Not because of the cool explosions and stuff, but because of the atmosphere. HL2 felt like a real journey to me, especially the chapters where the rebels are overtaking C17. Even when I play through it today, it still feels fresh and even though its graphics are kind of poopy by todays standards, it feels much more real because of the atmosphere.

"Help us, Freeman, help us."
Listen to the OP's song backwards. I loved that Path of Borealis remix, too. |

Guys, the G-Man sighting in the tv, near the eyeball-less baby doll and the suitcase, where you see that, is simply there because it directly follows being separated from your friends, Barney and Dog. Valve thinks they are master puppeteers at our emotions, basically, and that is the physical, causal reason we have that sighting, nothing more. Same thing happens when you have to leave Alyx for various reasons, and when you have to leave dog when going toward Ravenholm. They want you to get the picture that being with friends rock.
