They're a cellphone group that answers questions you ask them.

Not the other KGB.

notice there is the notepad sign, this means it's not a video or a file. it's a note. SCRIPT FOR HL EP3!

Why would Ep3 be in L4D2?

Is not EP3 video. All the videos there are from L4D2, which are the Valve initial video, the intro, the background video you see when hanging on menu, and the end video where they show the info related to the pre-order.

Just that.

I doubt it is, but then again just like people coming from the future and stopping the LHC, I wouldn't completely rule it out.

Come on, why would they hide the EP3 trailer in L4D2's files. Considering people have already cracked it to play as infected and since people can also unlock the hidden 'confrontation moves' of the advisors I doubt very much they'd risk it.

Its just the Pre-Order promo at the end of the demo.

Why would Valve put bills hat in TF2? those games have absolutely nothing to do with eachother. So why can't this be a possibility?

there is ,again, no need to conCERN yourself. our capabilities far exceed that of, say, the game HL2's 'Combine', or 'Overwatch' as we like to call it.
