Modern Warfare 2 Keeps on trying to download itself again

Hey! After the latest patch Ive had to reinstall MW2 many times due the fact that it is trying to redownload itself... After I have done reinstalling it I do not need to download anything and Im good to go in the game but after I exit for the first time it starts downloading... Is there a way to fix this? Thank you in advance.
