Many Many connection issues

Can't play 2v2 ranked match, can't connect to half the games that show as up, and when I do, my friend can only connect like 25% of the time, 75% of the time he gets stuck on joining game and has to alt + ctrl + del his way out of ruse.... this happens 100% of the time in 2v2 ranked match.

Can't even play this open beta =[ Wasn't there a closed beta to find this obvious amount of fail? =[ Probably most dysfunctional beta I've participated in, and I've been in lots
