Metro 2033 Executable has stopped working

Okay, I'll try to explain my problem without venting anger and frustration.
When I tried to launch Metro 2033, it goes to black screen then crashes with TWO window that says "Metro 2033 Executable has stopped working" (Assuming that Metro 2033 tried to start two executables that will occupy my dual core CPU for best optimization.)

I clicked the details of error on each error windows. It says,

I have already searched through the internet and found couple of fixes that never worked on my problem. It appeared that the problem is coming from Metro 2033's executable coding and etc. I have latest beta nvidia driver for my 8800GTS. Already updated the windows update to the latest version. I'm on Windows Vista. No Viruses. Already have validated the files like 3 times. Already redownloaded the game. None of em' worked. So, please help me to solve this problem or I'm going have to ask for a refund.

This is probably my first problem about unable to get the game start up and running.

EDIT: To people who developed the game, next time, please fix your damn game before releasing it. I won't buy your next game until you fix your product reliability. I have wasted my whole day trying to get the damn game work. I pay my own money to play the game, not fixing it.
