anyway to rebind keys

i would like to bind some of the hotbar keys to my mouse.
but i cant find the config file. anyone know were it is

i know there is something called Torchlight Editor that lets you rebind keys... But I would suggest getting Torchleech. It's a mod manager, also has a settings editor, key bind editor, save editor, backup utility, etc
