lost my live account, can't play dirt

what can I Do in order to restore my live account details, or make new one (it wont let me assign the serial number to any other live account.
please advise!

You will need to contact the GFWL support directly. I don't have the links or info on hand, but they are the only ones who will be able to restore or relink your game for you. They don't usually check this forum(to my knowledge), so contact them directly for best results. Good luck!
