Registration Key Issues
My friend used my computer to play the demo version of altitude, so when I bought the full version it automatically registered the full version to his account when I started the game up. After realizing that I had to switch to my account and register the game, it was already too late. Every time I try to register the game, it says that it is already registered under his e-mail. I'm not sure what to do, and I don't want to re-purchase the game.
Also, his account was already registered for the full version of the game on his computer, which makes this even more confusing to me because I didn't think the same account could be registered twice. |

Please send an email to support@nimblygames.com with your friend's Altitude account email and your Steam ID (which you can find in C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\altitude\log\Altitude .log on the line starting "Steam UID is") and I'll fix you up right away. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I just tried and it's still saying the same thing. When it asks me to register for the full version, I click "Register this account". It loads for a second, then gives me a message saying that the game key is already registered under my friend's account.

Weird -- must have linked when we were transitioning between account systems. Please check your PM, the instructions there should allow you to register the full version.
