"Ice Station Santa" Mystery prize?

The COPS mentioned some sort of 'mystery prize' when I got all the decals... what was it? Did my game glitch out, or are they insane? Well... is /this/ an instance of them being insane?

It's an upgrade for the De Soto.

Here's how it works. In the driving games run by the C.O.P.S. out of Pimp Le Car garage,you may note that you can get some useless decals in addition to the much needed puzzle solving item. Collect all the decals,you get a permenant upgrade that carries over to the next game. The idea being by the time you finish all 5 games,you have a tricked out ride.

In Episode 1,the upgrade is an air intake for a supercharger. It doesn't actually super charge anything,it just looks cool.
