Steam Community UI Update

So, since we got a new update, I was looking around and two things came to my attention.

1. The blue border around the area that contains all the content, it seems to be broken off at the top and I do not know if this was intentional

2. The "Report Violation" button looks out of place, it overlaps the border mentioned before and it's right between the Search Bar and the "Currently Online" status.

Considering the clean nature of the client UI, the steam community UI should also be clean.

I'm also wondering if others noticed this.
