Rome total war Multiplayer Error

Failed to join game (GS)

i cant join ANY GAME the only way i can play is asking one of my close friends to get on his game and go on Hamachi then use LAN to play with me. i researched this problem and it has been present since 2005 i mean seriously what the hell.

You need to log out of Gamespy and try again. If it continuously fails, and you are connected through a router, you need to forward the RTW ports to your computer. Visit the PortForward website for more information on how to fix your router for RTW.
