There is one reason, and one reason only why I haven't bought this game yet

That sole reason? The fact that the full game was previously on sale with DLC for $35. No matter how badly I want to purchase this game, and even though I do have the spare cash, I just can't bring myself buy this game for that very sole reason. No matter what, I just can't feel right buying this game for $50 with no DLC.

It's weird, I have bought plenty of games at full price on steam before, so it's not like a game has to be on sale for be to buy it. Still, I want this buy and play this game, yet I just can't until it at least has some DLC attached to it. The fact that the $50 game is missing $20 in DLC just kills any possibility of a sale for me.

That said, if this game were to go on sale today I would buy it in a heartbeat.
