Where is the Just Cause 2 save file?

From what I understand Just Cause 2 uses Steam Cloud, but also places a physical copy of the save file on my computer... At least this is what I heard. Correct me if I'm wrong. If anyone could point out where the save file is, I'd be grateful, thanks.

It should be in your Steam/userdata/<random number>/8190/remote directory.
