cant progress through level "white trash"

for some reason i cant get past the first gate on that level..i had bought this game on the rockstar sale and installed..then deleated and reinstalled it (not because of this issue) but now after reinstalling it and continuing my save i cant get past this first god damn gate..anyone else?

--edit--just tried playing again without skippng cut scenes..now i cant even open the FIRST FIRST GATE...gonna reinstall

Having a quick look at the threads already posted would of found you the answer faster than making this new thread, especially as you've now wasted your time reinstalling
