Ok, so my Vista64 laptop blackscreened the first time I played as well as my XPpro system. I started it up again and chenged the game settings to
640x480 in the game options menu and it is working on my XpPro setup. Or at least the few games I tested...Night Driver, some other racing game and Star Ship.

Wow, I grew up with those games too. It's nostalgic to see how far games have come.

It's your O/S

Vista 64bit has been incompatible even before Steam bought the publishing rights. not even running the programs as Administrator works for me. it does work on Vista 32 bit.

sux...but there ya go.

I was able to play some games by booting into safe mode but then there's no sound. There's a read me file in program files>steam>steamapps>common>atari 80 classic games which might help.

Maybe somepne can figure out from here what is loading during a normal Vista boot that crashes the game...

I would love to play these! Darnit.

What is your Operating System on main PC? Windows XP? Windows Vista? Windows 7? Windows 95?
