Wont start up.

Whenever I go to start up the game, a pop-up comes up saying
"PhysX hardware found, but it did not reset and initialize properly: 0x0000002f"
What does that mean exactly?

Weird. The game originally planned to be support Ageia PhysX, but the final release does not support. What kind of VGA you have? If nVidia try turn off PhysX. I got a 8600 GT and run fine.
