Vsync in tf2
Vsync used to work great for resolving my framerate issues. Then after one update recently it got disabled ( I think based on computer specs, mainly gpu) and now when I enable it I cannot hear any in game sounds. Music, in game chat, game sounds, everything is silent until I disable it again. Posting from iPad right now, but I will post my specs and the settings I run on in about an hour or so. Anyone else running into this problem?

I can hear the game fine while vsync is disabled. However when I enable vsync I cannot hear anything.

Can you try starting the game with +mat_vsync 1 in your launch options?
Changing the game's video settings in game can have bad results. Starting the game with it on should resolve it. |
