demo no downloading

so the demo is up on steam so i try to download, and everytime i do, it just refreshes the page. nothing else happens. i tried restarting steam and still didn't work. any idea's thx in advance

Did you try from within the Steam client or via browser (IE, Firefox, ...)?

tried from steam client.

although it downloads fine from browser if that makes any different.

But of course i want to be able to run the demo from steam instead of a normal client.

Just asking to be sure: when you say "downloads fine from browser" do you mean IE, Firefox, ... or do you mean the Steam client integrated browser (the "Store" tab)?

Either way, if you clicked the "Install Demo" button, the demo should be in your "My games" tab afterwards.
