We can't use the Mission Editor?

Okay,if you start up the Editor from Steam,it ONLY opens up the Building Editor,NOT the Mission Editor.
If you go into the game's folder and try to start up the Mission Editor from there (It's a DOS Batch file called "missed",the Building Editor is called "builded"),you just get a "Application Error",saying "Problem checking Steam application".

So as far as I can see there is NO way to use the Mission Editor with the Steam version,we can only use the Building Editor.
Does anyone happen to know a way around this to start it up?
