"Perfect" achievement broken?

I just did 2 missions in a row where I received ZERO damage (according to the mission stats) and I didn't get the achievement.

Nope.

I did Landing Bay with bots and used them as meat shields and still got the achievement.

I heard a theory in another thread like this saying that, perhaps friendly fire damage that is under 1 counts against this achievement.

So things like the Flamethrower can ruin the achievement.

I also couldn't get it on normal difficulty, tried several times and it didn't work. After all I got it on insane by accident. :P

Perfect is for - MOST kills in round no ff taked/dealed and ofc 100% hp at end

No you can't. If you get "hit" by a medic gun etc. the achievement is gone. Or that's what they told me.

Not so sure about the FF thing.
The run I got my first perfect in I am certain I took FF.
Though it did no damage, so perhaps server settings saved me there.
