seriousely! a dual core processor & 1Gb of RAM! FOR A 2D GAME! how is that possible? also what kind of card does this game need? and what is it with 2D games having stupid high requirements these days, as i have a 1.46ghz dual core 2gb RAM and an intel x3100 graphics chip and dont know if it'll run?

It actually did exist back then, Caapcom just never released it because none of the current systems could do the game justice.
