Will STALKER run on my computer?

Alright, so I'm deciding whether or not to get this game. Since the weekend deal is going, it seems like a good idea. The only thign is, I obviously don't wanna buy it then not be able to play it. So here are my computer specs.

Windows 7
AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 925 Processor 2.80 GHz
8.00 GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD 4350

I don't know a thing about computers here, so I have no idea whether these specs are good or not. Anyway, I'd really appreciate some help here. Also, if you need some other info I haven't listed, please let me know.
