for all problems concerning Speedball 2 - Tournament use this thread. We will be aware of it and try to solve your concerns. Please check the FAQs on the FIP-Homepage continuously, we will update them from now on.

If you send an e-mail to our techsupport, please attach the diagnostic files "DxDiag" and "MSInfo".

Here's a guide:

Direct X Diag
To accomplish the Direct X diagnosis, please follow this guide in every point:
• Start the DXDIAG.exe in your start - menu (click Start, Run, type "dxdiag" and press Enter / Return).
• Now the Direct X diagnosis program appears. At the lower contour is an option called "save all information". Choose this option.
• Save the file as "dxdiag.txt"
• Attach the file to your E-mail.

Systeminfo - Diagnosis
To accomplish the MSInfo32 - diagnosis, please follow this guide in every point:
• Start the MSInfo32.exe in your start - menu (click Start, Run, type "msinfo32" and press Enter / Return).
• Now the MSInfo32 diagnosis program appears. Click "File" and choose the option "export as textfile".
• Save the file as "msinfo32.txt" and attach it to your E-mail.

List of working Game-Pads

This thread is dedicated to controller questions. Here we will collect information on models of pads and whether they work or not. If there are any workarounds that really work (no ideas or unapproved suggestions, please) they may be posted here, too.

Spam and off-topic postings will be deleted.

I tested the following pads today with SB2:

Logitech Chillstream = no problems
Saitek P2600 Rumble = no problems
Saitek P580 = I had to run the speedball2cleaner.exe, then it worked
Saitek P990 = no problems, it´s delivered without drivers, so let windows install it by itself
Saitek P3200 = no problems
Saitek P380 = no problems, is delivered without drivers
Saitek Cyborg Rumble = no problems
Speedlink Thunderstrike = no problems
X-Box 360 Pad = no problems

Working pads approved by users:

PS1 Analog Pad with N64/PSX Converter from BOOM = works, USB port had to chenged, other USB devices had to be un-plugged

Logitech "Precision", Dual Action, Rumble Pad 2 = work fine

Saitek P2500 = works fine

X-Box Controller with XBCD 1.07 Driver = works fine

This list will be extended when new models are confirmed working.

Hello,

sometimes it helps if you use the speedball cleaner.exe after a patch.

Hi, i installed Speedball 2 with a Cyborg pad which worked. I then quit the game and plugged in a PS2 type pad which did not work when i tried it in game. I then re-installed Speedball and tried using the Cyborg pad again but the game would not let me configure it and it did not work.. The only way round this problem that i can think of is to re-install Steam! Please tell me there is an easier way as it will take days to re-download all my games...

Hello.
I want to ask a question on game *Спидбол2-спорт беспощадных*.

1. At the first start of game геймпад it is not adjusted-reacts only on the mouse button. And
All options are exposed as one and таже the button. Dzhoj-BeTOP (китай)

2.как to change the chamber in game. The button by default does not work-tried also to change on
Others does not help.

Here these two problems prevent to take pleasure in game. Game licence with the last
Updating with СТИМа. Put on different iron and
Windows-one and too.
