UDK won't download

Not sure if this is the right place to post, having issues downloading UDK.

It only downloads a few bytes and says its done, then when I try to launch it says game unavailable.

I've deleted the local content and restarted steam a few times, still no luck. Any tips?

You cannot download it with steam... All steam downloads is a .txt file with the link to the UDk downlaod page. Pretty pointless if you ask me but there you go.
