Now, I know it's $19.99 for those in America but what about the other regions? I have looked around briefly and found nothing, so apologies if the answer is obvious.

Tripwire haven't done region markups with their other titles and considering that they're not a major publisher I feel pretty safe in saying that there wont be a region markup.

I would expect to see the game for £14.99-£17.99 or so.

The Euro price will be 19.99 - it's almost guaranteed. (if it's different, I will be impressed, but not care)

It will be 17.99 Euro on Steam. That is about fair when you take VAT into account.
