check the exact time on the shop site. The days & hours left are shown on pacific time. just google your timezone than... and translate the pacific time into your own time zone

As usual Steam take their bloody time in releasing a game. I thought they may have learned their lesson from F1 2010 but evidently not.

GFWL Update immediately after running requires steam users with no disk to insert the disk to continue. Though I doubt that's down your alley.
