I get the blue key but the red seems impossible to get in any way...

Here's what you do

Spoiler:
after unlocking the blue tiles navigate to the cannon in the "tube/tunnel" you just unlocked. Launch yourself up and dive down to the left through the acceleration tiles. Continue diving down through the second set of acceleration tiles and fly down past the spawn and up. Continue up, you should have enough momentum to reach the red key.
