Quick question regarding performance.

So I'm mainly a TF2 man, but I'm feeling for a bit of a change. But I need to know if my comp can handle this.

Intel/Celeron Dual core with 2.20 GHZ each. Though the task manager shows them strangely.
nVidia Geforce 7050 with 256 mb of Video memory
3GB Ram

This can play TF2 at a fair 15-25 fps on mid-settings on Dxlevel 9.1.

Upgrades needed? For people with both, how well does Borderlands perform compared to TF2? Better, slower, similar, etc? Unrelated (Sort of), but does this game's random weapon system make it so you can have, say, a Sniper-esque pistol that is more suited for close range combat? Or Sniper rifles with the accuracy of a government funded Civil War documentary?
