Event list (major spoilers)
So I'm wondering, if people would be up to creating a list of all known events, for those who feels like the turn limit is too strict for exploration
I'll start, feel free to add the ones I'm missing =) Scenario 1:
Scenario 5 (events are mostly results of previous actions):
Scenario 6:
Note: As of the time of this edit, there's no way to get a guardian victory in Scenario 6 Special thanks: vincentspai, madmarten, Jaunt Last edited by Liova: 01-31-2011 at 01:13 PM. |

Maybe it's the cloaked figures event that causes him to go home? I haven't tried avoiding that one yet. |

nop, not sure
feel free to correct me on any of the points made so far, some things are more of a guess than others at the end of the mission, if you allow enemies to take over small towns, you get a message that they are not happy with how you don't protect them. So I figured that's why the rebellion started Also, unless you reset campaign (you said restart, not sure if it meant reset), the choices you made still remain (I'm guessing this particular one works somewhat like a choice). |

Yeah, I meant reset. I reset the missions, and completed that one such that I took all of the minor villages - I didn't get the message saying the mayors were upset, and afterwards on the mission sceren it said "unknown" instead of "mayors of smaller principalities are upset.
Still got the Volos leaves for rebellion - so I'm guessing that it's eitehr the cloaked figures one, or maybe you have to avoid cloaked figures AND save the villages, not sure. Or maybe it's just a bug. |

Well, I guess I should also contribute instead of just asking questions - here's some additions to your list:
Scenario 2: Cloaked figures causing trouble in your lands - maybe this causes the rebellion that makes Volos leave in scenario 5? Scenario 3: Kill Reliz - this makes all the boneshadow units on the south side of the map die instantly. Those units will also stop spawning there. One of your ? is just the dragon hatched message. You'll get Prisma the Youngling in Scenario 5. Saving all of the principalities might be an additional requirement to stop the rebellion in scenario 5? Scenario 4: Stop the mages casting spell - if you don't do this, 2-3 of your units (not Draknal) chosen at random will die instantly sometime around turn 3 in Scenario 5. Stop sarcophagus - the piece of metal makes it so when you capture the castle on the right near the starting area in scenario 5, a land bridge will form between the south and the north. In addition to having timberlings assist you in scenario 5, you'll have the opportunity to rescue Grimbark in Scenario 5. Scenario 5: 1. Orb of Spirikus from campaign 4 makes some of the undead switch to your side 2. Sapling warriors you rescued in scenario 4 3. Prisma joins you (dragon egg given to volos) 4. ?? 5. Volos leaves to prevent rebellion (how do you stop this?) 6. ?? 7. Capturing the castle on the right near the start forms a land bridge if you got the viel from the sarcophagus 8. Capturing the castle on the left near the start makes some portals appear in the northwest part of the map 9. Village in the forest in the southeast reveals destroyed timberling home (maybe a prerequisite for getting grimbark) 10. Did not destroy celethreal temple in city on left (you get evidence that oshnuk is being manipulated allowing you to end the war and go to scenario 6) 11. ?? (maybe destroy temple event?) 12. Stopped scribes in city on right - a bunch of tiles around the city will become impassable and kill theu nits in them. (you also need to do this for more evidence to go to scenario 6) 13. Orc shaman plague - if you didn't stop the casters in scenario 4, 2-3 units will randomly die sometime around turn 3 14. Grimbark joins your army - when you kill all of the units that spawn in the forest in the southeast (might also have to inspect the village there) 15. You join forces with Oshnuk - go to scenario 6. If you did 10 and 12, this happens when you set foot on the broken ground in the north. Scenario 6. 1. ?? |

Scenario 1: The pendant is mentioned in Scenario 5 dialogue when you decide not to burn the temple. I don't know if it actually has any real effect besides dialogue. I don't think it's required to end the war.
Scenario 2: Cloaked figures - this too affects dialogue in Scenario 5, I think. The dialogue says something about you being watched. Just more evidence that the whole war was set up. Again, probably not required. Scenario 3: Saving the villages makes them happy and they won't rebel in Scenario 5. They also give you extra mana in Scenario 6. Has anyone tried capturing the named village to the west of your spawn in Scenario 5? Maybe there's an event there? Last edited by madmarten: 11-18-2010 at 07:49 PM. |

Ugh, saving the villages didn't make them not rebel in Scenario 5 for me either, in addition to not giving extra mana in 6. So many bugs in this game...

nothing special at the left, I took all tiles and the village, and no new messages appeared I think one of the remaining Campaign 5 events has to do with the sword (that you got from giants, but I didn't do it and now it doesn't show up even if I do it, so no way to check for me) No idea about the last one though Last edited by Liova: 11-19-2010 at 01:11 AM. |

I just want to say, awesome thread!
I'll check later if I may have one of those still unknown events, but I don't think so

added a note on what happens if you keep the sword in campaign 2
not sure what happens if you give it up, though, maybe you just lose the bonus =) |

If you give up the sword, you get Blood Judges (Fancy Blood Crusaders) in Mission 5 and possibly as cards in 6. I don't know if you have to unlock them in the campaign to get them in 6, but it would be a semi-educated guess.
That's Unknown #4 in Mission 5. I don't know what unknown #5 is unfortunately. I also saved the villages, and the mage stuck around and there's no rebellion. |
