How fast can someone realistically be with the awp?

I ask this bc there's a guy in a server I play in (pub) and he blows everyone out of the water with the awp so badly it's ridiculous. He makes a complete fool out of the top ranked players in the server like they are a joke. Most of the good players in this server have played in leagues so they aren't just some random scrubs. Everyone thinks he hacks but he's been spec'd and it doesn't appear he does. He claims he just has fast reflexes and shoots quickly but at times it seems unbelievable.

Example:

Two guys at a similar skill level with the awp. One guy is peeking a corner and has his awp scoped in on a corner on the opposite side of the room. If there is a guy on that opposite side with an awp and he thinks someone is scoped in on that corner from the opposite side, he just has to peek for a split second to get the kill. The guy waiting with his scope zoomed in already will die 90% of the time bc he can't react fast enough to shoot the guy who peaks.

But with this player I'm talking about, he can kill players even when he's the guy already exposing himself. It doesn't seem humanly possible to do that and I've never seen any other player in a pub awp that fast before.

I wish I could get a demo but I'm lazy so I guess I'm just wondering if you guys have ever seen someone ridiculously fast with an awp or if this guy has a wall hack (I doubt it though).
