Learning Texas Hold'Em?

Is this a good game for learning how to play Texas Hold'Em?
I don't mean learning by practice, but because for an in-game tutorial, or at least good (and useful) tips.

nope. the tutorial is just an explanation of the rules. no tactics or other stuff included.

so... NO (at least last time i checked, which was upon release).
