Editing Game Files...
How well does this game handle edited game files? I might like to find some audio files that aren't mouth explosion noises, etc. (No offense to the developer(s)). And perhaps customize the ships, add some more glow, for instance, etc. Would this potentially cause or induce any detrimental effects during online play? Might Steam throw a hissy?
Assistance potentially appreciated ...Have a good one! ...

did you look at the game files to see if they're 'editable' or replaceable first?
i want to assume there are no protections (yet) |

Haven't endeavored editing or customizing them as of yet, with Galcon Fusion, however, the audio files seem to be .ogg, and it COULD be a matter of finding another ogg, and renaming it. The ships seems to be .PNG files with colored overlays, or something. Those might be readily alterable as well....
