Wont even launch winows 7. Not crashing just wont launch.

I just upgraded to Windows 7 and Reinstalled Saints Row 2. It wont even launch, It does the Installing Direct X thing then after that's done it stops. if i try again i get the same thing. I've tried running steam as Admin, and setting Saints Row to run as admin. nothing. All my other games are working fine, besides the GTX 4 series stutter in source games thanks to Nvidia. Am I doing something wrong. I hear it runs in fast forward too on Win 7 now.
