Commented settings for Custom Game

It would be nice to have a short commentary (like those in the Graphics Setup) for the settings from custom game (Trip Mode, Dangerous Aurachange etc.) so users can see what those settings are about without trying games

Nice catch, there are no messages because the large menu takes up the space. I was hoping they speak for themselves though.
