I can't even see a Pre-Load option anywhere. If I click View Pre-Load Info, it takes me to the store page which has no link/button to pre-load for me.

UPDATE
Apparently the custom skin I was using was preventing the pre-load button from showing up. Leave it to Steam to create a new hideous GUI and somehow break support for custom ones.

Ive preloaded.Its says it will be available to me on the first of march which is in roughly 40 minutes (new zealand time) and ive got to wait 19 hours according to steam.

Yeah, 9AM here (Eastern Daylight Time, - 5GMT) and STEAM says the game will unlock in approximately 15 hours. That would technically be 12AM Tuesday March 2nd.

Ugh, it's preloaded but I do so hate the wait.

edit - Good grief, I'm a day ahead of myself. Seems like I've had this on pre-order forever, and the wait is tainting my brain.
