Are People Still Playing?

Hey guy,

I was thinking about reviewing the game for my website but I'm a little worried that the activity here is an indication of the servers -- and don't want to be stuck with a game that no one plays.

Thought I'd at least ask here first?

Thanks a lot.

When I bought the game about a year ago I fell in love with it but I only seen mabey 1 or 2 people on for a couple games over the 2 or 3 weeks I played. I decided to check it out again recently and was surprised to see several people online playing. I think the re-release helped out alot. The games I've played in online with other people were a blast! So far this week I've seeen real players online every evening.

Don't let the inactive forums discourage you. Sure, the servers may not be filled, but the game is a blast even when playing with only 1 or 2 other people.

Thanks for answering guys - couple more questions...has there been a big content change from the first release to the re-release? And does the game use either bots or have a single player campaign?

I know very little of the game and am just going off the game page which says Multiplayer team-based combat.

Hopefully I can clear the weeks game load and give it a check out - though, I almost wish I could have tried the original release first.

No big changes. Bug fixes, perhaps a weapon or upgrade tweak here or there. But no new weapons/upgrades or maps. I suppose that the addition of skins might be a big change, but it doesn't add anything to the gameplay.

Bots are available. In fact, all the servers use bots by default and when a player joins, one bot leaves to keep the teams even.

No campaign.
