I tried my hand at audio remixing, and managed to stretch the Portal 2 Soundtrack "Reconstructing Science" from 1.20 to 3.33

Possible the token needs to be something else, but if so you can easily find yours by simply searching through the source code of the page on top for the string 'http://media.soundcloud.com/stream/w2QPrCjWVjMm?stream_token=' (without the ')

To be honest, the remix is pointless now that we have the official Reconstructing More Science from the album.

They're not the same. Listen again: the album version is just like the trailer music, but longer. Reconstructing Science (from which this longer mix was made) is faster and more intense, and the instruments are mixed differently, too.
