Nice. Just remember - for your walks/runs, your rigged gargoyle has to physically run forward in 3d space in your source files. Then you export your animation SMDs, and in your QC file for those anims you need to add LX LY at the end of each line so they look like this:

I know this drove me nuts for a while, I edited the Zombie but he wouldn't move or even walk in place. He would only move around when physically moving in the source file, with LX and LY added to the animation lines in the QC.
